Your Hosts at Sorrento Dalveen

Bill Frith has been a host to many people over the last decade at his Sorrento property at Dalveen. Testament to his capacity in this role are the farm stay guests who have bought their own weekend retreats nearby, and those who remain friends and stay in contact with him.

Bill has lived at Sorrento for 70 years! His expertise with handling stock, fixing almost anything, and the construction of much of what you see, is the outcome of being born into a family that did those same activities coupled with his time spent as a Jackaroo in the Northern Territory at the age of 18.

Gillian is from south of the border but this is marginal as her home on the Mole River never abided by daylight saving and she now supports the Queensland Reds. She will answer all queries in her capable way and hopes to provide you with all the tools you need to enjoy your stay at Sorrento.
